Customer came home form an extended vacation to see bubbling in the ceiling of her garage. She called her plumber and when they poked a hole in the bubble water came rushing out. He cut a hole in the drywall and discovered that the water came from a leaking refrigerator line in the apartment upstairs. She called BEST to remove all affected drywall and insulation and set drying equipment to prevent mold growth.

Solutions provided:

Cut out necessary damaged materials from both below, in the garage and above in the apartment, placed drying equipment and established ideal conditions for quick drying.
