Initially we got called in for a carpet cleaning-upon arrival, our tech noticed that there was secondary water damage and determined that mold remediation was necessary.

Solutions provided:

We HEPA vacuumed and used an abrasive method to remove the hyphae. We then disinfected the affected area to ensure that the growth is remediated. We then used a stain remover and HEPA vacuumed once again before completing the job.
